Purpose
As a CNC Mill/Turn Machinist, you will be joining a team of time-served engineers who are responsible for the setup and operation of various CNC machines to manufacture precision parts.

Responsibilities
As a CNC Mill/Turn Machinist, your responsibilities will include:
- Programming, Setting and Operating CNC Mill/Turn machines
- Amending offsets and changing tooling
- Working from technical drawings and specifications
- Ensuring that components are machined to the correct specifications
- Basic inspection of the completed parts
- Possible minor maintenance of the machines
- Adhering to health and safety requirements at all times
Background
The successful candidate for this CNC Mill/Turn Machinist role MUST have:
- Experience working with CNC Mill/Turn machines ideally within an aerospace or a similar industry
- Familiarity with Fanuc
- Understanding of technical drawings and be able to interpret safety instructions, specifications, and manuals
- High attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work as a team
- Residence within sensible distance to our customers’ site
- Consistent work history and employers we can obtain references from
