Kate Brooks is a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ by The Legal 500 and is a Partner at Ellis Jones. Kate specialises in Employment Law and HR Advice. Kate acts for many local businesses and her work includes: defending Employment Tribunal claims; negotiating termination deals; preparing/reviewing/amending employment documentation; advising on employment status; data protection; how to change terms and conditions of employment; restrictions after the end of employment; HR consultancy service; HR training, and preparing & negotiating settlement agreements.
Jess Comolly-Jones is Rubicon Recruitment’s Co-Managing Director.
