Our experienced and qualified Industrial Division Consultants work with a range of businesses placing unskilled/semi-skilled workers into roles that often start immediately, with many assignments being longer term.
At Rubicon we only work with reputable employers who treat their staff properly and provide safe working environments. Each and every factory, warehouse and production line we assign workers into is visited and assessed by our Consultants.
Within our Industrial Division we assign Temps to work: on production lines, to assembling goods, in warehouses, variously to: operate machinery, pick & pack items for delivery, to work as labourers building bespoke products as well as many similar roles.
We always meet with each employer and potential Temp worker to discuss fully their respective needs and suitability.
Personal Protective Equipment needs are always identified, and equipment provided, wherever necessary.
