Rubicon People Partnership is now 100% Employee-Owned. To reflect this exciting change, we have changed our name to Rubicon People Partnership. Rubicon People Partnership becomes one of a very small number of wholly employee-owned recruitment consultancies, and the only one South and West of London. The Employee Ownership Association reports that becoming employee owned helps businesses become more successful, competitive, profitable and sustainable.
