Overview
Our client specializes in manufacturing interiors for luxury Airliners, utilizing ultra-modern materials and processes to produce top-tier, high-quality units commonly found in the first-class aisle.
Due to the intricate nature of these units, the production process is segmented into various stages.
We are looking to bring on board multiple enthusiastic individuals who can demonstrate a fundamental level of proficiency in using hand and power tools, either from past employment, education or personal hobbies.

With a substantial increase in orders, our client is expanding its workshop team and seeking individuals eager to grow within the company.
The workshop is well-equipped with recent investments, offering a wide array of tools and equipment necessary for this type of work. Competitive pay rates are available for the experienced.

The Role
As a Trainee Aerospace Fitter, your responsibilities will include:
- Learning to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Utilizing a variety of hand & power tools.
- Participating in cutting, bonding, and shaping materials to precise dimensions.
- Use of adhesives and fillers.
- Possible involvement with CNC machines.
- Consistently assessing the quality of completed work.
- Preparing units for spraying through sanding & smoothing.
Suitability
While no prior aerospace experience is necessary for these Trainee Aerospace Fitter roles, it is recommended the successful candidate will be able to showcase a certain level of competence in hand and power tool usage.
