The purpose of this role

As the Applications Engineer you’ll focus on supporting the needs of customers by providing technical expertise. You’ll be overseeing all aspects of order lifecycle from concept through to delivery and play a crucial role in delivering technical support and solutions to customers.

As Applications Engineer you’ll be responsible for:

• Provide technical assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met with the best possible solutions
• Develop and implement customised applications to address specific customer requirements
• Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to provide comprehensive support and ensure customer satisfaction
• Staying up-to-date with the latest product developments and industry trends to offer expert advice and recommendations
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, solutions provided, and any relevant technical information.

Skills & Experience

• Experience of working in an Engineering environment
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts
• Strong project execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to accurately interpret technical documentation
