The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, build strong relationships with suppliers, and ensure that procurement processes run smoothly. You will be working closely with the Project Manager and playing a key role in maintaining timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities of  Buyer:

  • Develop and maintain a good rapport with suppliers to negotiate the best terms and ensure seamless procurement
  • Liaise with Project Managers to understand material requirements and project timelines
  • Place orders and raise purchase orders efficiently to meet project needs
  • Keep Project Managers informed about any potential delays or issues with deliveries
  • Update and maintain procurement spreadsheets using Excel to track orders and deliveries
