2nd Line Engineer Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including deployment and configuration.
- Escalate technical issues to 3rd Line, product management and development.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and clean viruses and malware.
- Mentor support team members and collaborate with internal departments.
- Participate in 24×7 support on a rota basis.
2nd Line Engineer Skills & Experience Required
- 3+ years in technical or product support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, with client-server environments and databases.
- BA or BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent, with relevant certifications.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and team player.
