As a Woodshop Operative, you will be:

• Operating woodworking machinery such as saws, routers, sanders, and drills to cut, shape, and finish wood components used in the construction of cabinets.
• Performing routine maintenance on tools and equipment to keep the workshop running smoothly.
• Inspecting the finished products for defects and ensuring they meet the client’s high standards for aesthetics and performance
• Assembling wooden components to form enclosures.

What you will need to work as a Woodshop Operative:

• Practical experience in woodworking, including the use of tools such as table saws, drills, sanders and nail guns.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications to accurately construct cabinets.
• Familiarity with operating and maintaining woodworking machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
