You’ll be an integral part of a well-structured, process-driven environment, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and safety of a wide range of mechanical components. Your work will involve methodical inspections, thorough defect identification and documentation, collaborating with engineering teams to implement data-driven corrective actions. Your role will be essential to maintaining the integrity of our client’s manufacturing process.

As Quality Inspector, you’ll be responsible for:
- Mid and Final inspection of mechanical components
- Using hand-held measuring equipment e.g. verniers, micrometres and thread gauges to measure to a high level of accuracy and precision
- Recommending necessary adjustments and changes to manufacturing processes
- Working from specifications and technical drawings
- General housekeeping duties
As the successful Quality Inspector, you’ll have:
- Prior experience using inspection equipment such as verniers and micrometres
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications
- Ability to use computer systems
- Residence within sensible distance to our customers’ site
- Consistent work history and employers we can obtain references from
- A strong eye form detail and problem-solving skills
