Machine Shop Supervisor, Poole, £42,500

They are looking for an experienced Machine Shop Supervisor to work with the team to streamline business processes. Accompanying a £42,500 yearly salary, you’ll also benefit from:

As Machine Shop Supervisor, you’ll 

  • Effectively communicate with other departments to prioritise workload in accordance with plan requirements 

  • Ensure all health and safety standards are met, promoting a safe working environment 

  • Lead all projects with a focus on streamlining processes and continuously improving working methods 

  • Manage team efficiency, through conducting Root-Cause investigations to identify areas of improvements and preventable measures 

 

To be the next Machine Shop Supervisor, you’ll have: 

  • Experience in management within a manufacturing environment 

  • Thorough understanding of 6S principles and objectives 

  • Proven compotency working on CNC Mills

  • A results-oriented and problem solving mindset 

  • A dedication to organisational efficiency
