Are you presently looking for consistent fulltime work within a Production or Warehouse environment?

We’re currently looking for keen & reliable individuals for several Production Positions within our North Dorset client base.

No previous experience is necessary as full training will be given, although prior experience may lead to being offered a more challenging role. All these Production Positions are working in clean and tidy environments, within a professional business that have friendly and welcoming teams.

What we’re able to offer are regular and consistent hours, full training, a weekly wage and the potential for overtime (subject to demand).

General duties of these Production Positions could include:

  • Supporting the main production line, operating machinery in a safe manner
  • Picking and packing the from the production line, ensuring that the quality standards are met
  • Movement of stock around the site using lifting equipment
  • General housekeeping around the site, ensuring that things are kept clean and tidy
  • Supporting in the warehouse, preparing completed product to be shipped out to happy customers

Successful applicants for these Production Positions will be provided with training. What we’re looking for in applicants though includes:

  • A strong willingness to learn and work in a production environment.
  • Happy to muck in and be flexible as the business requires
  • Reliability & punctuality
  • Flexibility with hours if required
  • Ability to get to remote sites with own transport (not necessary for all positions)

Warehouse Operative | £24500 per annum | Shaftesbury, Dorset| Immediate Start 

As a Warehouse Operative, working within a distribution business, supplying high quality products to customers, you’ll be a permanent member of the team working within the despatch function.

As a Warehouse Operative your responsibilities will include:

  • Picking and packing small and large customer orders in a timely manner
  • Loading/ unloading
