Purpose

As a Logistics Operative, you will play a key role in the warehouse returns department, delivering an outstanding customer experience and ensuring the high quality of the products sent to their customers.

Responsibilities

As a Logistics Operative your duties will involve:

• Liaising with customers returning faulty or damaged goods
• Processing returns requests and updating customers on returns progress
• Conducting minor repairs & quality checking products
• Booking courier collections
• Assisting the warehouse with loading / unloading of deliveries.

Background

The successful Logistics Operative will have:

• A background within a warehouse or customer service environment
• The ability to work within a small team with a proactive attitude
• Good communication skills with the ability to liaise across various departments.
