Purpose
As a Logistics Operative, you will play a key role in the warehouse returns department, delivering an outstanding customer experience and ensuring the high quality of the products sent to their customers.

Responsibilities
As a Logistics Operative your duties will involve:
- Liaising with customers returning faulty or damaged goods
- Processing returns requests and updating customers on returns progress
- Conducting minor repairs & quality checking products
- Booking courier collections
- Assisting the warehouse with loading / unloading of deliveries.
Background
The successful Logistics Operative will have:
- A background within a warehouse or customer service environment
- The ability to work within a small team with a proactive attitude
- Good communication skills with the ability to liaise across various departments.
