Graduate Administrator, Ferndown, Temporary, £13.50ph

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Graduate Administrator to join a team in Ferndown. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of an office, providing essential administrative support across various functions. This is a great opportunity for someone that has just graduated University and is looking for some experience within the Tax industry.

Key Responsibilities of a Graduate Administrator:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Collect, analyse, and report data to support business decisions.
  • Maintain databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Requirements of a Graduate Administrator:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
