The purpose of this role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be working for a local Telecommunications company playing a vital role of supporting clients and customers on the smooth running of operations.

As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Resolving customer queries, maintaining contact with customers regularly
  • Resolving and troubleshooting any service issues
  • Establishing new accounts/subscriptions
  • Processing credit notes

Skills & Experience

  • Enthusiasm to learn new skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
  • An interest within IT Support
  • Analytical approach to problem solving
