Purpose

As a HGV Class 2 Driver, working as part of a well-established and successful specialist distribution business, you’ll be a permanent member of the team working within a driving and customer service function.

Responsibilities

As a HGV Class 2 driver your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving a HGV lorry in a safe manner
  • Staying away for 3-4 nights per week (stay allowance is given)
  • Meeting and delivering to existing customers
  • Loading and unloading light stock
  • Stock checking and maintaining stock accuracy

As a HGV Class 2 Driver, you’ll have:

  • Excellent customer service skills with an approachable disposition
  • A full HGV Class 2 licence
  • A current CPC qualification and digi tacho card

As a Forklift Driver you will be responsible for loading and lifting materials and other products around the site. You will have worked within a yard environment before and be confident with using various types of loading and lifting equipment.
