As Compliance Administrator, you will be working with a growing business based in Christchurch in a busy warehouse environment. Our client is looking for someone that comes from a Warehouse background where responsibilities included compliance/administration duties.

You will need to have your own vehicle for this role as there is sometimes a need to travel to other sites.

Responsibilities of a Compliance Administrator:

  • Maintain and update compliance records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures within the warehouse environment
  • Collaborate with warehouse management to implement and monitor compliance initiatives

Purpose

As Warehouse / Stores Operative, working within an established and successful, specialist, engineering business, you’ll be a permanent member of the team working within the stores department.

Responsibilities

As a Warehouse / Stores Operative your responsibilities will include:

  • Wrapping and packing products for customer orders in the warehouse
  • Goods Inward inspection
  • Booking in delivery notes and producing despatch notes
  • Loading and unloading goods
  • Internal company deliveries
  • Stock taking and maintaining stock accuracy
  • Occasional small assembly work

As a Warehouse / Stores Operative, you’ll have:

  • Experience working within a warehouse
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, etc).
  • ERP or MRP experience
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Clean driving licence
  • Forklift License (desirable not essential)

  • Awareness of UKCAA/EASA/FAA regulatory specifications (CS25, FAR).

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
