2^nd Line Engineer Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including deployment and configuration.
• Escalate technical issues to 3^rd Line, product management and development.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and clean viruses and malware.
• Mentor support team members and collaborate with internal departments.
• Participate in 24×7 support on a rota basis.

2^nd Line Engineer Skills & Experience Required

• 3+ years in technical or product support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, with client-server environments and databases.
• BA or BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent, with relevant certifications.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and team player.
