Responsibilities of a Dispatch Production Team Leader may include but are not exclusive to:

  • Supervising/ overseeing the Dispatch area
  • Picking / Packing

Shifts: Monday -Thursday (only 4 days) from 6am to 5pm – 1h break – overtime available on Friday’s from 6am until 12pm.

  • Proven experience as a Team Leader within a production environment
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of written English
  • The ability to stand for long periods of time
  • A reasonable level of strength for manual handling duties

Purpose

As a Quality Manager, you will lead the quality department, overseeing continuous improvement, quality assurance and health and safety processes.

Responsibilities

As a Quality Manager, you will:

  • Oversee the implementation continuous improvement techniques and processes within the quality and inspection functions.
  • Manage the internal audit program, producing reports and establishing improvement actions.
  • Deliver training on quality and health and safety programs.
  • Manage customer and internal NCRs
  • Develop and support quality improvement plans, championing a ‘zero defect’ culture.
  • Update and control documentation, policies and procedures relating to engineering and quality functions.
  • Lead and facilitate the HSE reviews ensuring robust corrective actions are implemented to improve future position.
  • Monitor and audit the initial risk assessment process and ensure all areas always maintain up to date risk assessments.
