As part of this growth, they have established a new Design Department, led by an experienced Manager, to deliver innovative glazing solutions and strengthen their position in the market.

Working closely with the Design Manager, you will help shape this new department and create cutting-edge designs that set the standard in the residential glazing sector.

Key Responsibilities as a Designer:

  • Produce accurate drawings for fabrication and installation using AutoCAD
  • Collaborate with contractors and architects to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Oversee the design process from concept through to installation of bespoke glazing solutions
  • Bring creative and innovative ideas to luxury residential projects
  • Ensure designs comply with building regulations and industry standards

Experience and skills required as a Designer:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Strong understanding of construction, particularly within the new build domestic market
  • Experience with architectural glazing systems
  • Proven project experience in glazing design across various building types
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and innovative

As the next Sustainability Manager, you’ll collaborate with various teams within the business to ensure successful embedding of sustainability strategies across the global organisation. Further responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring business compliance with relevant sustainability standards and regulations including SECR, ESOS and EPR
  • Developing carbon reduction plans and targets, driving actions and recording data to produce reflective reports when needed
  • Managing resources such as energy, waste and materials to reduce overall environmental impact
  • Preparing sustainability information and establishing sustainability KPIs and a performance dashboard to track data for annual accounts
  • Developing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to increase awareness of sustainability and ESG activity

Supply Chain Procurement Lead Responsibilities

  • Oversee the activities of the purchasing department and supply chain management.

  • Material planning, procurement and manufacturing schedules, and demand planning.

  • Travel to material and component supplier sites, and sister sites in America.

Supply Chain Procurement Lead Skills & Experience Required

  • Five to seven years of related experience as a Sourcing or Procurement Manager.
  • Experience of supply chain/procurement activities within the Aerospace sector.
  • Electronic/PCB/electrical components experience.
  • Able to understand technical requirements.
  • Working knowledge of AS/EN9100, 9120 is essential.
