As a Trainee Forklift Operative, you’ll become an integral part of the production process, you’ll benefit from: Monday – Friday hours (no weekend working), guaranteed hours, overtime opportunities and working within a supportive & friendly environment.

Shift : Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm

As a Trainee Forklift Operative your duties will involve:

• Working as part of the team of operators, picking and collating steel to order and preparing them for loading
• Identifying and locating products and replenishing stock in the racks
• Unloading lorries, batching, and allocating stock to appropriate locations as necessary
• Collating and planning customer orders as per the pre-determined load list and loading the lorry accordingly
• Attending all training courses when required
• Heavy lifting of items up to 25kg
