International Business Development Manager, Remote/field based, £62,000 OTE

Role purpose

As International Business Development Manager you’ll be the driving force in expanding our market reach. Reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating relationships and unlocking new business opportunities with OEMs and Distribution Partners on a global scale.

As International Business Development Manager you’ll:

  • Develop, implement and manage a regional sales plan
  • Be instrumental in the Sales development of new and existing clients in your region
  • Provide commercial support and advice to new and existing clients
  • Manage leads and offers for clients including specification, technical and pricing
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients, managing/interpreting their needs
  • Prepare reports and keep accurate up to date customer records via the CRM
  • Support marketing activities, trade shows, conferences and other marketing events

As International Business Development Manager your skills andexperience will include:

  • Ambition, focus, and a hunger to drive sales
  • Demonstrable experience in technical sales
  • Strong business development experience with excellent communication skills
  • Background working with OEM client partnerships
  • Ability to build rapport and develop robust relationships
  • Experience working with a diverse customer base in a home office/field-based capacity
