This HR Forum will focus on redundancy processes and will take place on Wednesday 18th January at 11am.

Kate will review the current options open to employers and if there is a need to change terms or restructure.  She’ll also discuss the process required for both small and large scale redundancies, and how to achieve a change to terms with minimal impact.
