This months’ HR Forum will focus performance management and will take place remotely on Wednesday 17th May at 11am.
Performance management is a critical aspect of any business and involves; setting goals and expectations, providing feedback and coaching, and assessing employee performance. Effective performance management will enhance employee engagement, productivity, and job satisfaction, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the business.
During this months’ HR Forum, Kate will discuss key components of performance management including:
- Setting clear expectations
- Providing regular feedback
- Coaching for improvement
- Conducting performance reviews
In addition to these key components, Kate will discuss recent tribunal cases related to performance management, providing valuable insights into the legal implications of performance management practices.
