Purpose:

Do you have an in-date, valid, counterbalance Forklift license? Do you have a UK driving licence? As Forklift Operator and Van Driver you’ll have guaranteed weekly hours and will be a part of the warehouse team working for a successful local manufacturing business.

  • Maintain and enhance product build documentation and test specifications.

  • Identify and collate production concerns and lead solutions for improved product design for manufacture.
  • Own all production raised product concerns and investigation required to arrive at suitable rectifying actions.
  • Provide technical support to production technicians, sub-contractors and suppliers.
  • Function as the primary intermediary between production and engineering departments.
  • Lead the design and implementation of all required tooling, jigs and fixtures for both in house and external production.

Production Engineer Skills & Experience

  • Experience in Electronics manufacturing and awareness to mechanical considerations.
  • Proactive ability to take ownership of issues raised from identification to implementation of effective solutions.
  • Ability to prioritise workload to best support forecast production requirements.
