Reporting into the Chief Risk Officer, you’ll play an instrumental role in identifying, evaluating and mitigating risks that could affect business operations and strategic goals.

Your responsibilities as Risk Analyst:

  • To support the embedding of a robust risk management framework
  • Undertake detailed analysis of Credit Risk portfolio performance to identify areas of emerging risk
  • Work closely with various business units, including IT, to create and automate tools for Prudential Risk Projects
  • Build and improve existing MI and analytical reporting tools to improve our understanding of current trends
  • Strengthen Credit Risk capabilities by incorporating new data sources in Credit Risk oversight
  • Ensure that the portfolio strategies and processes are compliant with the appropriate regulations

As Risk Analyst you’ll have:

  • 1-5 years experience within a Risk Management or Data Analyst role
  • Bachelor’s/ master’s degree within Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • Experience working with data sets from disparate sources
  • Some technical understanding around credit risk and broader prudential risks
  • Excellent MS Office skills including advance Excel
  • A logical mind with an ability to understand and evaluate complex problems with excellent attention to detail
  • An ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
