Warehouse Administrator | £25,000 | Poole

Purpose

As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a key role in the warehouse logistics department, delivering an outstanding customer experience and ensuring the high quality of the products sent to their customers.

Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Administrator, your duties will involve:

• Processing invoices using e-commerce platforms including (but not limited to) Magento Dear and Big Commerce
• Ensuring customer payment queries are dealt with in a timely manner and processing card payments
• Liaising with multiple departments within the company to resolve stock and shipping issues through various communication channels.
• Creating dispatch shipping labels for Royal Mail, DPD, UPS and DHL
• Ensuring any invoicing issues encountered are flagged, recorded, and dealt with immediately
• During busy times, working in different sections of the business to ensure goods are dispatched on time.

Background

The successful Warehouse Administrator will have:

• A background within a warehouse or customer service environment
• The ability to work within a small team with a proactive attitude
• Good communication skills with the ability to liaise across various departments.
