Purpose

We are working on a exciting new position for a Trainee Grounds Operative. Working within this amazing team you’ll be the face of the business interacting with clients and responsible for seeing your tasks through from beginning to end. Working across multiple sites in Dorset you will be responsible for a multitude of duties.

Schedule

Monday to Friday 6.30am – 3pm

As a Trainee Grounds Operative you’ll have

• Ride on mower experience
• Strimming, hedging and weeding experience
• Full UK drivers license (towing license ideally)
• Prior grounds or landscaping experience

As part of the Trainee Grounds Operative crew you’ll be

• Mowing, hedging, strimming and weeding.
• Line marking when necessary
• Responsible for seeing your round through beginning to end
• Professional and friendly customer approach
• A passion for outdoors and happy to work come rain or shine!
