As Customer Service Advisor, within a top tier engineering company with a European presence, you’ll communicate with customers, speaking fluent Spanish and Italian as well as English.
This is a temporary position with the view to go permanent.
As a Spanish & Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisor your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out all administrative tasks relating to customer service
- Ensuring incoming orders are entered onto Navision accurately and in a timely manner
- Carrying out any necessary follow up work in relation to the order
- Answering all manner of end user and distributor enquiries relating to the complete product range across all CFT Brands
- Preparing, checking and exporting paperwork required
