Production Operative | Shaftesbury| £11.50 – £ 12.50 per hour

As a Production Operative you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of the production processes. Ideally you will have experience of working in industrial environment. As Production Operative your responsibilities will include:

• Working with flexibility across the departments
• Working closely with the teams to achieve targets.
• Assist in various aspects of the production process.
• Participate in on-the-job training to develop essential skills.
• Follow all safety guidelines and report any safety concerns promptly.

As Production Operative you’ll have:

• No specific experience required, but previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
• A strong willingness to learn and work in a production environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, reliable and punctual.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
