Production Operative | £25,000 | Salisbury

As a Production Operative, working with an established and well-renowned equipment supplier, you will be a vital member of the team working within the manufacturing department.

This is an entry-level position that offers training from experienced colleagues and development opportunities.

You’ll benefit from:

• Weekly pay, with a wage increase after 12 weeks
• Monday to Thursday- 4 days per week (no weekends)
• Overtime enhanced rates on Fridays & Saturdays
• Staff canteen and facilities
• Free onsite parking.

Hours: Monday – Thursday, 7:00am – 5.15pm

Responsibilities

As Production Operative be responsible for:

• Heavy lifting and manual handling of products
• Working to product specifications such as size weight and quantity
• Producing and distributing top quality products
• Measuring, weighing and mixing components
• Working alongside colleagues to achieve daily targets
