Internal Account Manager, Poole, £30,000

The purpose of this role

As Internal Account Manager you’ll be an integral member of the Inside Sales team, proactively driving the growth and development of the business. You’ll be building and maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring the best customer experience.

As Internal Account Manager you’ll be responsible for:

  • Monitoring inbound and outbound phone calls and emails
  • Managing and building relationships with existing accounts
  • Accurately recording and regularly updating the CRM system to ensure excellent customer experience
  • Analysing data to ensure customers are provided with accurate information

Skills & Experience

  • B2B Account Management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work to targets and maintain high levels of customer service
