Inbound Customer Service Advisor, Bournemouth, £11.50 per hour

Temporary opportunity

As Inbound Customer Service Advisor you’ll support the customer service team and will be responsible for answering inbound calls and supporting customers with their booking and enquiries.

As Inbound Customer Service Advisor you’ll be responsible for:

  • Answering the phone to customers and helping with their enquiries
  • Ensuring all information provided is accurate and the relevant issues or complaints are escalated appropriately
  • Supporting the team with administrative and ad-hoc tasks when required
  • Monitoring emails from customers

As Inbound Customer Service Advisor your skills & experience will include:

  • Office-based customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Confident using MS Office
