Finance Director, Poole, £110,000

As Finance Director you will have a wealth of experience and track record in driving business growth within the manufacturing sector. Forming part of the management team, you will be pivotal in shaping the financial future through co-developing and executing the business strategy. With full responsibility for the finance function you will ensure the deliverance of financial targets.

As Finance Director you will be responsible for :

• Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing finance team
• Forming part of the Finance leadership team and supporting the delivery of financial strategy, cost management, and operational improvements
• Managing all financial and audit requirements
• The production of an annual budget which is both accurate and robust
• Ensuring robust financial controls and compliance with international standards and regulations

As Finance Director you will have :

• ACA/CIMA qualification or equivalent
• Proven experience business partnering as a Finance Director for growth
• Strong leadership skills
• An in-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, cost accounting and the ability to work both strategically and operationally
• Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong analytical skills and the experience of providing right first time financial accounts
