Executive Assistant, £33,000 + bonus, Bournemouth
The purpose of this role
As Executive Assistant you will be the Sales Director’s right hand person, heavily contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the newly implemented Sales Division, which will in turn, support this company’s ongoing growth strategies.
As Executive Assistant you’ll:
- Provide continuous operational support to the Sales Director and Sales Teams
- Oversee the day-to-day running of remote show homes and sales suites
- Provide regular management information reporting
- Conduct research and produce meaningful analysis and recommendations on a variety of topics
- Manage the sales team incentive programme
- Assist the Marketing team with customer events
- Coordinate interviews, the onboarding and offboarding process
- Organise meetings, agendas, materials, minutes…
As Executive Assistant your skills and experience will include:
- Experience in a senior support role within a fast-paced environment
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Being flexible, adaptable and able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
- Highly organised and excellent administration skills
- Proven success building strong working relationships
- An understanding of Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce would be advantageous
