Customer Service Coordinator, £25,000, Poole
Role purpose
As the Customer Service Coordinator, you will maintain, and identify new supplier relationships, whilst promoting business service offerings. You will be owning several service deliverables.
As Customer Service Coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining relationships and customers and suppliers
- Liaising with necessary sources to ensure smooth delivery of all services
- Identifying opportunities to expand services and promoting existing services
Your skills and experience will include:
- A proven track record in administration and customer service experience
- An interest and proactive approach to commercial revenue generation
- Computer literate with strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication skills able to build lasting rapport with customers
