Credit Controller, Poole, £28,000
The purpose of this role
Working within the Finance team you will be responsible for the credit control of new and existing accounts, resolving any discrepancies, and managing all invoices and payments.
As Credit Controller your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Agreeing terms and credit with new and existing accounts
- Reviewing accounts with the aim to maximise cash flow
- Resolving invoice and payment queries
- Reconciling customer ledgers and processing payments and managing high value invoices
- Produce customer statements as well as reminder/chaser letters
- General administrative duties
Skills and Experience
- Experience with Credit Control
- Familiar working with sales and purchase ledgers
- Confident using MS Office and accounting software
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
