Rubicon People’s three storey Recruitment Centre, based on the High Street in Poole (but extending across the region with our unique Recruitment Wagon), ideally places us to work with companies throughout Dorset, Hampshire, Somerset & Wiltshire staffing temporary vacancies whilst we successfully fill permanent jobs throughout the UK.

Rubicon People’s qualified Recruitment Consultants form separate teams working on sourcing and placing permanent candidates, contractors and temporary staff into a variety of business sectors. Rubicon People were awarded Beacon Status in October 2008. Beacon companies are some of the country’s most forward thinking and innovative businesses and Beacon status is awarded only to those who can demonstrate outstanding achievement across a range of criteria which is independently audited and verified.

In essence our business was set up, and continues to function, for the simple reason that we seek to understand the needs of our clients and candidates (many of them now friends) so that we can match the best from both camps.

That is why we exist.

How we do this is to ensure that we are continuously asking questions, listening carefully to what we are told and then shaping our candidate recruitment strategies around what we learn, always communicating effectively along the way.
